UK Delivery Options 

UK Standard- £6.00 (3-5 working days tracked) 

Next working day - £8.50 

Saturday Delivery- £9.00

All orders placed before 3.00pm Mon-Fri are shipped the same day (does not include weekends or bank holidays). Orders placed after 3pm on Friday are shipped on Monday. Weekends, Bank holidays and public holidays- any orders placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day. 

Please note next day delivery is only available for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday or the weekend, then it will be dispatched Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. 

Although we offer a Next Day Delivery Service occasionally the Courier or Royal Mail may be unable to deliver next day for reasons outside of their control and we cannot be held responsible. 

International Shipping

We ship all International packages via a trackable service.  

Europe Standard - £12 (Royal Mail 7-20days) 

Europe Express - £18

Rest of the world - £25 ( 7-20days) 

All items are shipped from the UK. Please note you may need to pay duty and taxes when items arrive depending on your country/cost of your order, and we are not responsible for these charges.  

The knowledge and payment of taxes and duties are your responsibility. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel we recommend contacting your local customs office so you’re not faced with any unexpected fees.  Delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. 

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any amendments. This includes adding items or coupon codes to existing orders, changing the size or delivery address or method. Please carefully check your billing and shipping information before you place your order as we are unable to make changes to orders once they are shipped. 

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries (including unpaid duty payments or incorrect address information) resulting in your order being returned to sender will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost.
